What Is Fiber Laser Cutting?
Follow the beam from ytterbium-doped fiber to a microscopic focal point, then through the metal with assist gas, controlled kerf, and repeatable energy density.

Make production decisions before production starts. Quote parts and test bends with browser tools built on our shop’s data, tooling, and design rules.
Upload a STEP or DXF and turn your design into a production-backed price. Configure material, bends, hardware, and finish, with manufacturability checks before you order.
Open the quoting appWork through every bend before metal moves. Check tooling clearance, die-shoulder keep-outs, and bend allowance, then export a STEP or DXF ready for the next step.
Open the bend simulatorUpload a STEP file to inspect its bends, flat patterns, and sheet thickness. Review the part in 3D and explore its bending setup before production.

Carry design intent all the way to the inspection bench. Turn a model into a dimensioned print with bend callouts, hole tables, and tolerances, keeping the quote and the shop floor on the same page.
Built in-house, on the same bend data, tooling library, and DFM rules that run our floor.

Custom metal brackets, steel weld tabs, aluminum plates and detailed profiles, made at Xeon NC in Nampa, Idaho. Explore these laser-cut and formed parts, then bring us your own design.
This custom stainless steel bracket combines a cut outline with several bends. The offset profile, notched ends and round mounting hole show how a flat sheet can become a formed metal part.
For a bracket like this, include the formed model or a dimensioned drawing with bend directions, angles and hole locations. Specify the stainless grade, thickness and quantity for your design.
A toothed outer profile surrounds a central opening with a keyway in this steel sprocket. It is an example of a custom laser-cut profile with both external and internal features.
Supply the complete tooth profile, bore and keyway geometry in your CAD file. Include a drawing for any fit requirements or secondary machining so those features can be reviewed with your quote.
This steel weld tab has a rounded top, a straight base and one circular hole. The simple outline is a useful example of a small laser-cut component made to a specific drawing.
For custom weld tabs, provide the outline, hole diameter, hole-center location and material thickness. Include the steel grade and quantity, plus any edge or finishing requirements.
Four arms, multiple hole patterns and internal cutouts form this aluminum frame plate. It shows how a more detailed flat profile can bring mounting features and clearance openings into one part.
Upload the complete outline and hole patterns for your frame. Specify the aluminum grade and thickness, and identify any mounting dimensions that need review against a mating component.
This sprocket-shaped part pairs a toothed rim with long slots, circular holes and hexagonal openings in the spokes. The photo highlights the variety of cut features that can be included in one sheet-metal profile.
Include every opening and the finished outer profile in the CAD file. Specify the sheet material and thickness, and flag narrow connections or functional tooth geometry for review.
Curved spokes connect the center of this steel plate to a scalloped outer rim. Repeated holes around the rim and center sit alongside the larger internal cutouts.
Provide the full curved geometry and hole pattern, along with the material grade and thickness. Use a drawing to identify hole locations, fit requirements and any features that need secondary work.
Two countersunk holes are visible in this rectangular aluminum plate with rounded corners. It is an example of a custom metal plate with an additional hole-finishing operation.
For a plate like this, include the fastener size, countersink angle and required side of the part. Supply the plate thickness and hole locations so the countersinks can be reviewed with the drawing.
This steel plate part has a toothed edge, five spokes and holes around its central opening. The exposed edge makes the cut profile visible through the plate thickness.
For custom gear-shaped parts, provide the exact profile and material specification. Call out tooth, bore and hole-fit requirements on a drawing so any finishing or machining needs can be reviewed.
Folded side flanges give this steel chassis rail its formed profile. A large central opening, smaller holes and end cutouts show the combination of cut features and bends in the same part.
Include a formed model or drawing with flange heights, bend directions and hole locations. Specify the steel grade, thickness and quantity, and identify any dimensions that control how your part fits an assembly.
