Laser-cut profiles and precision bends

Start with the geometry your assembly needs. Xeon NC combines fiber laser cutting with CNC press brake bending to produce brackets, panels, enclosures and other sheet metal components.

Check the material and thickness before finalizing the design. Bend radius, tooling access, minimum flange length and nearby holes all affect whether the flat pattern can form into the finished part.

Choose the material for the job

Explore 5052-H32 aluminum for formed parts, carbon steel for structural and general fabrication work, or stainless steel where corrosion resistance and surface condition matter.

The material catalog lists available grades and per-gauge fabrication specifications. Review the selected grade, thickness and finish rather than assuming all materials form the same way.

Add the details your assembly needs

Bring fastening and finish requirements into the design early. Explore tapped holes, countersinks, PEM hardware insertion, deburring and edge rounding, powder coating and Type II anodizing. Compatibility depends on the part geometry, material and process.
