Access to information. Access to support.

Accessibility.

A direct way to get help

gets in the way.

If you have difficulty using our website, understanding a tool, requesting a quote, or completing an order, contact us. We’ll work with you to find an accessible way to get the information or assistance you need.

Accessibility assistance & feedback

You can also call (760) 220-7465.

Let us know how you prefer to be contacted and what you’re trying to do. You do not need to share medical information to request help.

Help us understand the issue

A few details
can help.

When reporting a barrier, include whatever information you’re comfortable sharing:

  • The page address or tool you were using.
  • What you were trying to do and where you encountered difficulty.
  • Your browser, device, or assistive technology, if relevant.
  • The information or alternative format that would help you.

These details are helpful, but they are not required to ask for assistance.

Diagrams, previews & simulations

Support beyond
the visual.

Some Xeon tools use diagrams, 3D previews, and bend simulations to explain part geometry. Visual information can be difficult to access with some assistive technologies.

If a visual tool creates a barrier, tell us which part or feature you need help understanding. We’ll work with you to explain the information and help you move forward with your quote or order.

An ongoing effort

Your feedback helps
us improve.

Accessibility is part of making our online services useful to more people. We welcome feedback about barriers and use it to guide improvements to our content and tools.
