Custom metal brackets & formed parts

These stainless and steel parts combine cut outlines with bends. Explore the bracket and chassis rail, then review our sheet metal bending service for your own formed design. Sheet metal bending service →

Part 01 / Made at Xeon NCStainless steel offset bracket with several bends, notched ends and a round mounting hole
Stainless steel · Laser cut + formed

Stainless steel offset bracket

This custom stainless steel bracket combines a cut outline with several bends. The offset profile, notched ends and round mounting hole show how a flat sheet can become a formed metal part.

Quoting a similar part. For a bracket like this, include the formed model or a dimensioned drawing with bend directions, angles and hole locations. Specify the stainless grade, thickness and quantity for your design.

Part 09 / Made at Xeon NCFormed steel chassis rail with side flanges, a large central opening and mounting holes
Steel · Laser cut + formed

Formed steel chassis rail

Folded side flanges give this steel chassis rail its formed profile. A large central opening, smaller holes and end cutouts show the combination of cut features and bends in the same part.

Quoting a similar part. Include a formed model or drawing with flange heights, bend directions and hole locations. Specify the steel grade, thickness and quantity, and identify any dimensions that control how your part fits an assembly.

Weld tabs & custom metal plates

A small weld tab, a countersunk plate and a frame with multiple cutouts show three different flat-part designs. Their outlines and holes come from the part file; additional operations are specified with the quote. Metal laser cutting service →

Part 03 / Made at Xeon NCSteel weld tab with a rounded top, straight base and single circular hole
Mild steel · Laser cut

Laser-cut steel weld tab

This steel weld tab has a rounded top, a straight base and one circular hole. The simple outline is a useful example of a small laser-cut component made to a specific drawing.

Quoting a similar part. For custom weld tabs, provide the outline, hole diameter, hole-center location and material thickness. Include the steel grade and quantity, plus any edge or finishing requirements.

Part 04 / Made at Xeon NCAluminum quadcopter frame plate with four arms, mounting holes and internal cutouts
Aluminum · Laser cut

Aluminum quadcopter frame plate

Four arms, multiple hole patterns and internal cutouts form this aluminum frame plate. It shows how a more detailed flat profile can bring mounting features and clearance openings into one part.

Quoting a similar part. Upload the complete outline and hole patterns for your frame. Specify the aluminum grade and thickness, and identify any mounting dimensions that need review against a mating component.

Part 07 / Made at Xeon NCRectangular aluminum plate with rounded corners and two countersunk holes
Aluminum · Cut + countersunk

Countersunk aluminum plate

Two countersunk holes are visible in this rectangular aluminum plate with rounded corners. It is an example of a custom metal plate with an additional hole-finishing operation.

Quoting a similar part. For a plate like this, include the fastener size, countersink angle and required side of the part. Supply the plate thickness and hole locations so the countersinks can be reviewed with the drawing.

Sprockets & custom cut profiles

These parts show toothed edges, curved spokes, slots and repeated hole patterns cut from metal. For a functional sprocket or gear profile, include the mating and fit requirements with your drawing. Request a drawing review →

Part 02 / Made at Xeon NCLaser-cut steel sprocket with external teeth and a keyed center opening
Steel plate · Laser cut

Keyed steel sprocket

A toothed outer profile surrounds a central opening with a keyway in this steel sprocket. It is an example of a custom laser-cut profile with both external and internal features.

Quoting a similar part. Supply the complete tooth profile, bore and keyway geometry in your CAD file. Include a drawing for any fit requirements or secondary machining so those features can be reviewed with your quote.

Part 05 / Made at Xeon NCGalvanized steel sprocket profile with hexagonal spoke cutouts, rim slots and holes
Galvanized steel · Laser cut

Hex-spoke sprocket profile

This sprocket-shaped part pairs a toothed rim with long slots, circular holes and hexagonal openings in the spokes. The photo highlights the variety of cut features that can be included in one sheet-metal profile.

Quoting a similar part. Include every opening and the finished outer profile in the CAD file. Specify the sheet material and thickness, and flag narrow connections or functional tooth geometry for review.

Part 06 / Made at Xeon NCCircular steel plate with curved spokes, a scalloped rim and repeated hole patterns
Steel · Laser cut

Spiral-spoke steel plate

Curved spokes connect the center of this steel plate to a scalloped outer rim. Repeated holes around the rim and center sit alongside the larger internal cutouts.

Quoting a similar part. Provide the full curved geometry and hole pattern, along with the material grade and thickness. Use a drawing to identify hole locations, fit requirements and any features that need secondary work.

Part 08 / Made at Xeon NCLaser-cut steel gear profile with five spokes, a center opening and mounting holes
Hot-rolled steel · Laser cut

Steel plate gear profile

This steel plate part has a toothed edge, five spokes and holes around its central opening. The exposed edge makes the cut profile visible through the plate thickness.

Quoting a similar part. For custom gear-shaped parts, provide the exact profile and material specification. Call out tooth, bore and hole-fit requirements on a drawing so any finishing or machining needs can be reviewed.
