Minimal gap location walkthrough - September 5, 2026

1. Xeon Materials: choose the exact alloy/temper and thickness; select Bending.
2. Find CORNER RELIEF below Min Hole / Cutout from Outside Face; click Learn More.
3. In the popup, read Onshape setup > Relief > Minimal gap, with its units and status.
4. Onshape: double-click Sheet metal model in the feature list, expand Relief, enter Minimal gap with units, then accept.

The example uses 5052-H32, thickness 0.125 in. The Xeon popup displays an experimental gap of 0.025 in (0.20 x thickness), not a tested production minimum.
The Onshape comparison retains its original radius 0.125 in and K 0.4; the current catalog displays radius 0.189 in and K 0.44. These screenshots show the control locations, not validation of a complete production setup.

Four original JPG screenshots captured directly from the Onshape app and the local Xeon material-page preview. Blue outlines in the web guide are page overlays; originals are unannotated.
